WELCOME WALK AND OPEN HOUSE

​During the Welcome Walk, students get to meet their classroom teacher for the first time on home turf! 
​
All of Cub Run’s teachers (each accompanied by a staff member) spend a morning traveling to the home of each student on their class roster.  Teachers do not enter your home, they will say hello for a few minutes on your front step.  It’s a great, personal, and exciting way to meet your child’s teacher.

This year's Welcome Walk will happen between 8:30 am and 11:30 am on Thursday August 17.

That afternoon families are invited to stop by Cub Run to see your child's classroom.  This is a great time to drop off supplies and pick up your student's Cub Run t-shirt.  Open house is scheduled to begin at 2pm and end at 3:30.
