Treasurer: Valerie Barr - Budget, Treasurer Reports, Payment of Dues and Bills, Insurance, Audit, Financial Reimbursement
Secretary: Jennifer An & Amy Burke - Newsletter, Facebook & Twitter, School Flyer Review and Distribution, School Bulletin Board, Meeting Minutes
Vice President of Volunteer Coordination: Catherine Stewart - Volunteer 3 Program, Sign Up Genius Lists, Manages Lists of Volunteer Interests, Recruits Chairs and Board Members
Vice President of Membership: Charity Ponton - Collects Dues, Manages VA PTA Roster, Student Directory
Special Education Liaisons: Cindy and Brian Dobbs - Provides an array of support for Cub Run special needs students and their classrooms, coordinates meetups for special needs families, manages the PTA's Special Needs Grant.
After School Classes Chair: John Leonard - Chooses after-school classes, advertises classes, contacts vendors, secures facility use, completes related FCPS forms.
Auction Chair: Lindsay Reiner - Running the annual Cub Run PTA Auction, including the collection and coordination of all donations.
Book Fair Chair: Ari Kloehn - Organizes fall and spring Scholastic Book Fairs
Cub-Run-a-Thon Chair: Suzanne Leonard- Organizing and leading the PTA's largest school fundraiser - the Cub-Run-a-Thon event.
Ice Skating Event Chair: Michaela McMillan - Runs the Cub Run ice skating event/fundraiser at the SkateQuest in Reston, VA.
Military Families Liaison: Monique Norwood - Plans and organizes events for Cub Run Elementary military families.
Original Works Chair:Megan Oris - Runs Original Works program which turns student artwork into gifts (mugs, magnets, etc.), profits all go to the Cub Run art program to buy art supplies.
Photography Club Chair: Brittany Cummings - Runs the 6th grade Cub Run Photography Club in which students learn about photography and photo-editing while taking photos for the Cub Run yearbook.
Room Parent Coordinator: Khang Ta - Coordinates information distribution to volunteer room parents.
School Photos (Lifetouch) Chair: Suzanne Leonard - Organize school photo days in the fall and spring. Work with Yearbook Chair and Photography Club Chair to ensure all photos needed are acquired.
Science Fair Chair: Kristin Ta - Organizes and runs the annual school science fair.
Spelling Bee Chair: Amanda Jain - Organizes and runs the annual school spelling bee.
Spirit Wear Chair: Beth Sibert - Finalizes designs for any Cub Run t-shirts or spirit wear, runs spirit wear sales.
Spring Fling/Dance Chair: Kelly Dent -Organizes and runs the spring fling event team.
Staff Lounge Chair: Erica Chang - Manages staff lounge budget, stocks staff lounge and front office coffee/tea bar, water supply, and disposable plates/cutlery.
Student Support Chair: Adrienne Walters - Assisting at-need Cub Run families with school supplies, snack, and other school counselors-directed efforts, also manages the PTA's Student Support Grant.
Talent Show Chair: Jessica Keegan - Organizes and runs the annual school talent show.
Teacher/Staff Appreciation Chair: Lauren Galloway - Coordinates staff lunches, treats, and goodies to make the teachers and staff feel valued.
Yearbook Chair: Christina Davis -Design the Cub Run Elementary School Yearbook, including print and distribution.
Volleyball Spirit Night Chair: Carey Villemaire - Runs the Cub Run vs. Virginia Run Volleyball Spirit Night event.
