Cub Run-a-thon

We’re thrilled to kick off our biggest and ONLY fundraiser of the year.  Get ready for the 2025 Cub Run a Thon: The Great Cubbie Challenge! This fun-filled event powers the entire year of amazing experiences and supplies for students and staff at Cub Run, and we need YOUR help to make it a roaring success!

The fundraiser kicks off 9/3, and concludes a week after the run-a-thon event, which is scheduled for October 24th! The first 200 to register by 9/17 will earn a gummy bear back pack charm!  That’s not all!  There will be weekly incentives and raffle prizes leading up to the run-a-thon.  Everyone has an opportunity to earn prizes! Please be on the lookout for flyers in student Wednesday folders this week. 

This year’s goal? Our priority is to install two new water coolers on the first and second floor for students and staff to enjoy!  

How Can My Student Raise Money?

1. You must register your child on the GetMovin’ Fund Hub website:

2. Select your child’s teacher and complete the form.

3. You can use your student’s fundraising page to promote online donations! Post it to Facebook! Share it with friends!

4. The site can also track any cash or checks sent into the school. If pledges are made by cash or check, (pay to: Cub Run PTA, with memo “Run-a-thon”), the Cub Run PTA keeps 100% of the donations! Please send any cash or checks in an envelope with your child's name, grade, and teacher written on it to make sure they get credit for the donation.

With your support, we can achieve our goal of $30,000 and make this the best year yet! Let's get ready to Climb, Crawl, Conquer!
